Percy Levy, a 54-year-old man from Everett, Washington, found himself under arrest following a detailed investigation.
Percy Levy, after receiving clemency from former Governor Jay Inslee, was arrested with large quantities of drugs and a firearm, which could have potentially catastrophic consequences, Fox News reported.
