An airstrike in eastern Syria has resulted in the death of ISIS leader Abu Yusif and another member of the terrorist group.
According to Fox News, the operation, carried out by the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), targeted the province of Deir ez Zor.
The precision strike by U.S. forces took place on a Thursday and was confirmed by CENTCOM in a detailed statement released the following Friday morning.
