Trump Plans To Exclude 'TDS' Sufferers From Administration

 January 18, 2025

President-elect Donald Trump takes a stand on administration appointments.

According to Just the News, President-elect Donald Trump has unequivocally stated that his administration will not include individuals affiliated with certain Republican leaders and groups he opposes, pointing to "Trump Derangement Syndrome" as his criterion for exclusion.

Donald Trump, having secured the presidency, is painstakingly selecting over 1,000 individuals whom he describes as exemplary. These appointees, he asserts, will play crucial roles in fulfilling his pledge to "MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN."

Trump accuses certain well-known Republicans of fostering policies and ideologies contrary to his vision, specifically around issues like U.S. foreign policy and their responses to the Capitol events of January 6. Notable figures on this list include Charles Koch of Americans for No Prosperity, former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley, and former Vice President Mike Pence.

Trump's Stringent Criteria For Administration Roles

Trump has publicly criticized these individuals, labeling them with disparaging nicknames and accusing them of having veered too far from traditional conservative values to the political left.

Trump posted on Truth Social: "As of today, the incoming Trump Administration has hired over 1,000 people for The United States Government," Trump posted on Truth Social. "They are outstanding in every way, and you will see the fruits of their labor over the coming years. We will MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, and it will happen very quickly!"

This directive is a clear signal that Trump intends to steer his administration clear of those he believes do not align with his political and ideological framework.

Disagreements Lead to Exclusions in Trump's Team

Among the excluded are figures like John Bolton, Dick Cheney, his daughter Liz Cheney, and Mitt Romney, all of whom have shown significant policy shifts according to Trump. Others like Paul Ryan, General Mark Milley, James Mattis, and Mark Yesper have also been named.

Trump posted on Truth Social: "To save time, money, and effort, it would be helpful if you would not send, or recommend to us, people who worked with, or are endorsed by, Americans for No Prosperity (headed by Charles Koch), 'Dumb as a Rock' John Bolton, 'Birdbrain' Nikki Haley, Mike Pence, disloyal Warmongers Dick Cheney, and his Psycho daughter, Liz, Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan, General(?) Mark Milley, James Mattis, Mark Yesper, or any of the other people suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome, more commonly known as TDS. Thank you for your attention to this matter!"

The term "Trump Derangement Syndrome" encapsulates Trump's view of conservatives who oppose his leadership and tactics, seeing them as having deviated too far from their roots.

TDS: A Focal Point in Political Strategy

The concept of TDS is not merely a slogan but has become a pivotal element of Trump's overall political strategy. By defining and dismissing opponents with this label, Trump clarifies his stance on loyalty and ideological purity within the Republican Party.

This division within the party signifies a broader ideological battle that may shape its future. As Trump looks to the years ahead, the criteria he has set for participation in his government will likely influence the party's direction and policies.

The creation of an exclusive group within his administration, based on loyalty and ideological alignment, underlines Trump's commitment to his vision for America, distanced from those he categorizes under TDS.

This approach will undoubtedly shape the course of his presidency and potentially redefine Republican politics. The outcomes of this strategy will unfold as his administration begins to implement its policies.
