Trump Nephew Discloses Family Dementia History and Trump's Signs

 September 1, 2024

Fred Trump III has raised alarms about former President Donald Trump's potential cognitive decline.

According to The New Republic, Fred Trump III, through his recent book and media appearances, claims his uncle exhibits signs of dementia, a disease prevalent in their family.

In his newly released book, "All in the Family: The Trumps and How We Got This Way," Fred Trump III, the nephew of Donald Trump, provides a detailed account of his family's struggle with cognitive issues, which he fears may now be affecting his uncle.

During an interview on Sirius XM’s The Dean Obeidallah Show, he expressed concern about recurring patterns of behavior he witnessed in other family members.

Fred Trump III Reveals Dementia's Tentacles in Trump Family

Fred Trump III's observations stem from watching his grandfather, Fred Trump Sr., and his aunt, Maryanne Trump Barry, who both experienced dementia. Fred Trump Sr. succumbed to Alzheimer’s disease in 2007, eight years after his diagnosis. Maryanne Trump Barry passed away in late November 2023.

He also pointed to an uncle's cousin, John Walters, noting how dementia seems prevalent within their extended family. These personal experiences have empowered him to spot similar troubling signs in Donald Trump, especially in recent years.

One significant point of contention Fred Trump III discussed is the former president’s inaccurate portrayal of Fred Trump Sr.’s health. According to him, Donald’s statements about their father’s condition were not truthful. Fred Trump III refuted these claims during his radio appearance:

You know, Donald said, ‘Oh, my father was tiptop until the end.’ I can assure you, that was not the case,” proclaimed Fred Trump III. I know the warning signs from both of my grandfathers.

Uncle Trump’s Current Symptoms Similar to Ancestral Patterns

Recently, Donald Trump's public performances have exacerbated concerns about his health. According to Fred Trump III, the former president has trouble sticking to his speech scripts, showing an inability to maintain a consistent message—a stark change from his earlier years.

"He looks older. And I get it... Anybody who is in that office looks different than when they come out," Fred Trump III stated.

He further elaborated on the state of his uncle’s cognitive faculties by highlighting Donald's erratic speeches and shifting narratives, which were not typical of his previous public addresses.

Fred Trump III painted a concerning picture of Donald Trump's current state. This depiction is poised to add another layer of discussion regarding the former president's capacity to handle not only daily challenges but also potential future endeavors in politics.

In conclusion, Fred Trump III's revelations about his family’s history with dementia and his observations of similar signs in Donald Trump draw attention not only to their personal family affairs but also to broader implications for public awareness of cognitive health issues.

These insights add context to multiple Trump family members’ experiences with the disease, suggesting an intricate tapestry of both personal and public concern.
