According to Fox News, President Trump has decided Prince Harry can stay in the United States, despite the Heritage Foundation’s active proceedings to acquire his immigration records due to past drug use disclosures.
President Trump shared his views with the New York Post last Friday, emphasizing a lenient approach towards Prince Harry, who settled in Montecito, California in 2020 with his wife, Meghan Markle.
The Heritage Foundation previously filed a lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security to access Harry's immigration details after revelations in his 2023 memoir "Spare".
Speculations have been ripe around the immigration status of Prince Harry due to his admitted past illegal drug use, a matter of public record since the release of his memoir.
