Rogan Predicts Biden's Departure, Eyes on Newsom

 April 9, 2024

Podcaster Joe Rogan speculates on the possibility of President Biden being replaced by California Governor Gavin Newsom.

While talking to Andrew Schulz on his widely listened-to podcast, Joe Rogan raised questions about Joe Biden's likelihood of remaining the leading candidate for the Democrats in the next election.

According to Fox News, Rogan was surprised by the Democrats' apparent decision to support Biden for another term, finding the notion of Biden's re-election bid hard to believe. This discussion, rooted in concerns over Biden's health and mental acuity, suggests a seismic shift in Democratic strategy as the next election looms.

Rogan's Bold Speculation: Biden's Political Future in Doubt

Rogan's dialogue on his widely-followed podcast did not mince words regarding the future of President Joe Biden's candidacy. Expressing disbelief, Rogan questioned the Democratic Party's decision to potentially run Biden in the upcoming election.

The idea that they're going to keep running him is just bananas. You're going to keep him in there? I can't believe that's real, but as time goes on I'm starting to think they might actually keep running him.

Sharing the podcast stage, Schulz highlighted a significant challenge for the Democrats: the lack of a clear alternative to Biden. This scarcity of viable replacements adds a layer of complexity to the Democratic Party's electoral strategy, making the discussion about Biden's future speculative and a critical analysis of the party's readiness for the upcoming election.

Joe Rogan later honed in on a specific timeline for when he believes the Democratic Party might make their move to replace Biden, saying, "May. I think [Biden]'s got until May." This conjecture not only sets a speculative deadline but also suggests a level of insight into the party's deliberations or lack thereof.

The Administration's Policies and Public Perception

Amid the political strategizing, Rogan and Schulz delved into the current administration's policies, particularly its stance on transgender issues. Rogan recalled an interview between Biden and transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney, noting it as an example of the administration's commitment to certain ideological stances.

"That administration is all in on that stuff in such a hardcore way that he got interviewed by Dylan Mulvaney," Rogan stated, pointing to the interview as a moment of alignment between Biden and progressive social policies. The podcast conversation then shifted to discussions on Biden's role and influence within his own administration. Schulz questioned the extent of Biden's decision-making power

I think none of us really believe he’s making the decisions, right? He’s just like a puppet for the- he’s just there to get lambasted when all these things happen, and then he forgets about it immediately afterwards.

In a revealing assessment, Rogan echoed Schulz's sentiments, portraying Biden as an ideal scapegoat for the administration's challenges and missteps. "Yeah, he doesn’t know. He’s the perfect guy to blame for things," Rogan concluded, encapsulating a critical view of Biden's presidency as one marred by questions of competence and control.

Looking Ahead: The Democratic Party's Dilemma

As the conversation about the Democratic Party's future unfolds, it's clear that Rogan's speculation is more than just idle chatter. It reflects a broader concern among some observers about the direction of the party and its leadership as the next election cycle approaches. The discussion of potential replacements for Biden, particularly Gavin Newsom, highlights the party's need to reassess its strategy and leadership in light of changing political and societal landscapes.

The implications of Rogan's predictions extend beyond mere political gossip. They invite a deeper examination of the Democratic Party's values, its commitment to current leadership, and its plans for the future. As speculation about Biden's replacement continues, the party faces the challenge of navigating these complex political waters to maintain unity and address the concerns of its diverse base.
