A federal judge has delayed Hunter Biden's sentencing on firearm charges until December 4, 2024.
His legal team requested the rescheduling to allow for additional preparations related to the upcoming presidential election, as ABC News reported.
Originally set for November 13, the court postponed the proceeding to enable Biden’s defense team to prepare a more comprehensive sentencing memorandum. Consequently, the judge sanctioned the delay, shifting the focus to the early December date.
