A California legal saga has taken a stunning turn with new developments.
According to the New York Post, Ashley Parham has broadened her existing lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs to encompass accusations against NFL player Odell Beckham Jr. and comedian Druski, claiming a gang rape incident in 2018.
Ashley Parham's lawsuit alleges a severe incident involving high-profile figures in the entertainment and sports industries. According to the legal documents, the alleged event occurred at a residence in Orinda, California back in March 2018. Parham claims that Sean "Diddy" Combs, Odell Beckham Jr., identified in the lawsuit as "Cornelious", and comedian Druski, played roles in the assault.
Odell Beckham Jr. vehemently denies these grave accusations. He stated that he was not present in Orinda at the alleged time and had never visited that specific location.
He has expressed his shock over the allegations and affirmed his innocence, exuding confidence that the accusations will be debunked in court.
In response to the controversy, Beckham Jr. elaborated on his disbelief and the damage to his reputation:
"I really can’t even believe that my name is mentioned in that matter. There is absolutely no truth to those allegations. I do not know and have never met the person that filed the suit...I have never done anything like that, and I would never do anything like that to anyone. I’m confident that these ridiculous claims against me will be dismissed."
Druski also responded to the allegations with strong denial, emphasizing his lack of public status and financial means at the time of the alleged incident.
He stated he was living with his mother and detached from any industry connections, rendering the claims against him particularly implausible.
"Boy, I’ll tell u what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. I know who I am, I know who u are, keep ur head. That name will be cleared. S–ts stupid."
The legal representatives of Sean "Diddy" Combs have dismissed the allegations as an attempt to exploit legal proceedings for financial gain. They pointed out that the local sheriff's department concluded Parham's initial claims were unfounded after a thorough investigation.
Diddy's legal team continued to defend him vehemently:
