According to Daily Mail, this arrest occurs in the wake of a recently settled legal battle involving sexual assault claims Eckhart made against former Fox News anchor Ed Henry.
Jennifer Eckhart faced legal proceedings following an incident in Palm Beach County where she allegedly assaulted Thomas Beasley, her boyfriend. The arrest was executed at 1 p.m., according to local authorities, following Beasley's report ending their relationship triggered the altercation. Eckhart was subsequently released without having to post bail, signifying she was released on her own recognizance.
The recent altercation occurs only a month after Eckhart resolved her lawsuit against Ed Henry. In 2020, Eckhart accused Henry of rape, which involved allegedly coercive circumstances.
