On a recent Saturday, while strolling with his 3-year-old daughter, Vice President Vance found himself the target of 'Slava Ukraini' protesters, expressing discontent over U.S. policies. These protesters, chanting a Ukrainian battle cry meaning "Glory to Ukraine," were reacting to recent U.S. decisions to reduce aid to Ukraine.
