Jack Del Rio, a former NFL head coach, has decided to step down from his position at the University of Wisconsin following an arrest for drunk driving that resulted in property damage.
After being arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence and damaging property, former NFL coach Jack Del Rio will resign from his advisory role at the University of Wisconsin, the New York Post reported.
Authorities apprehended Del Rio in November 2024 after he collided with a street sign and a fence, causing his vehicle to come to a halt in a residential yard. Witnesses who observed the incident directed the police to him.
