Tren de Aragua, originating from the Tocoron prison in the Aragua region of Venezuela, has expanded its reach far beyond its country's borders. It has reportedly infiltrated regions in Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, and now, the United States.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, under the leadership of Director David Rausch, has raised a red flag about the gang's latest activities within the state. The bureau first encountered this criminal group in 2022, with subsequent arrests made the following year.
