Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. made explosive allegations about the department's role during the Biden administration at a recent Trump cabinet meeting.
According to Breitbart, Kennedy accused the previous administration's HHS of being a "collaborator in child trafficking" and claimed approximately 300,000 children were "lost" during Biden's tenure.
The allegations emerged during a Trump administration cabinet meeting where Kennedy praised President Trump's first 100 days in office. He highlighted several policy changes, including the planned phase-out of petroleum-based synthetic food dyes and potential modifications to the SNAP program. The Secretary specifically emphasized his department's commitment to ending HHS's alleged involvement in child trafficking operations.
Former HHS whistleblower Tara Lee Rodas provided testimony that shed light on the concerning practices during the Biden administration. She described a system where the Department of Homeland Security would take custody of Unaccompanied Alien Children at the U.S.-Mexico border before transferring them to HHS custody.
Rodas offered a disturbing account of children's exploitation after entering the system. She revealed that many were forced into grueling overnight shifts at various establishments, including slaughterhouses and factories, to repay debts to smugglers and traffickers.
The whistleblower's testimony painted a grim picture of the system's failures. She emphasized that some children faced life-threatening situations due to their lack of proper training and skills for dangerous jobs they were forced to perform.
The Trump administration has initiated an investigation into the previous administration's handling of migrant children. The probe specifically focuses on the alleged inadequate vetting procedures that may have endangered numerous children.
During Biden's presidency, approximately 291,000 unaccompanied alien children entered the United States. Current investigations suggest many of these children might have fallen victim to sexual predators and human traffickers.
Kennedy made the following statement during the cabinet meeting:
We have ended HHS, as the role as the vector — the principal vector in this country for child trafficking. During the Biden administration, HHS became a collaborator in child trafficking and for sex and for slavery. And, we have ended that, and we are very aggressively going out and trying to find these children — 300,000 children that were lost by the Biden administration.
The new administration has implemented significant policy changes within HHS. Beyond addressing the trafficking concerns, Kennedy announced several initiatives aimed at improving public health and safety.
These changes include the elimination of petroleum-based synthetic food dyes from the U.S. food supply within two years. Kennedy is also collaborating with other department heads to reform dietary guidelines and the SNAP program.
The department is working closely with EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin to modify federal fluoride regulations, demonstrating a comprehensive approach to public health policy reform.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr., serving as HHS Secretary under President Trump, revealed the extent of alleged child trafficking operations during the Biden administration's tenure. The accusations centered around the mishandling of approximately 300,000 unaccompanied migrant children who entered the United States through the southern border. The Trump administration has launched a comprehensive investigation into these allegations while implementing new policies to prevent future trafficking incidents and locate missing children. The HHS, under its new leadership, has also introduced various public health reforms, including the elimination of synthetic food dyes and modifications to federal nutrition programs.
