Biden Pretends to Kill Bug After Goldberg Compares Trump to One

 September 26, 2024

There have now been two attempts to kill Donald Trump, yet Democrats continue to say and act as though they are encouraging more violence against Trump.

Joe Biden did it again this week while appearing on “The View,” but he is not alone.

Talking Points…
- Biden kills Trump “bug”
- The new norm for Democrats

Biden Kills Trump ‘Bug’

Joe Biden will not do a real interview, but he has no problem doing these softball interviews. To that point, Biden was the first sitting president to appear on “The View,” sitting down with the ladies this week, who were openly gushing over Biden and telling him how wonderful he is, and how raw of a deal he got for being forced out.

As they were gloating, Whoopi Goldberg went on a rant about Trump, comparing him to a bug. As she was talking, Joe Biden slammed his hand down on the desk, as one would do to kill a bug, only this bug was Trump, the man who had just had two different attempts made on his life. And the motion was not received well by conservatives…

Par for the Course for Democrats

This rhetoric against Donald Trump is well documented, but the media keeps looking past it. We have all the comments made by Pelosi and Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA), but there were quite a few more that did not get noticed. For instance, in November 2023, Rep. Goldman (D-N.Y.) talked about eliminating Trump during an interview; at the time, he stated:

“It is just unquestionable at this point that that man cannot see public office again. He is not only unfit, he is destructive to our democracy, and he has to be, he has to be eliminated.”

Goldman made that comment while talking to Jen Psaki, the former White House Press Secretary for Biden, who never even questioned the language. Goldman walked back the comment, saying it was a poor choice of words, but the damage is done. The whackos had already heard his directive, and you better believe he knew what he was saying when he said it.

After Trump’s second assassination attempt, you would have thought the rhetoric would have died down. But there was Hillary Clinton and the White House saying that Trump was a “danger” not only to our democracy but to the entire world. Then, on Wednesday, U.S. Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo poured a little more fuel on the fire, stating:

“When I saw that, when I saw the ‘protector,’ it was enraging, it was bloodcurdling, and it’s BS. Not only is it wrong and a lie, it belittles us. We’re not that stupid. We know he’s lying and we don’t need baloney telling us he’ll protect us, we know the facts of how he feels about women, he’s disrespectful to women, putting it mildly and he’s the one that overturned Roe … What he says is the opposite. It’s just another lie. Like, how did we get here?

Let’s extinguish [Trump] for good. We have an answer, we have a remarkably talented candidate who is sincere, who is pragmatic, who is open. Let’s just get it done.”

Analysis

Joe Biden has talked about putting a bullseye on Trump. Just about every Democrat has called him a “danger” to our democracy. Biden just mock-killed Trump as if he were a bug. Goldman talked about eliminating Trump. Now, a cabinet member is talking about extinguishing Trump. Trump calls someone an “enemy of the people,” and everyone loses their minds. Democrats are literally using actionable trigger words to imply killing Trump, and nobody is bothered by it.

As I have stated before, I don’t give Trump a pass on his rhetoric; it's quite the opposite. I think a lot of these comments are childish and inflammatory to keep the temperature up, but the media calls Trump out for this. It does not call out Democrats, and all I have ever asked the media for is a level playing field. If Trump’s words are creating hate and attacks on Dems, then the words from Democrats, which are clearly far worse, have to be inspiring the hate and attacks against Trump. Fair coverage… that is all we are asking for here.
