Joe Biden is traveling over the pond again, and that is usually when Joe is at his worst.
The batteries ran out fairly quickly, and this time, Biden made an admission on a hot mic that would be pure gold for Donald Trump during the election season.

There has been a lot of talk about the mental issues of Joe Biden. From the outside looking in, this would appear to be the onset of dementia or Alzheimer’s, yet Democrats, including Jill Biden, continue to say that Joe Biden is “sharp” and still very engaging with staffers when they are in meetings. We all know that is not the case.
On Thursday, Joe Biden flew over the pond to commemorate the anniversary of D-Day, when American soldiers stormed the beaches of Northern France. This generation is often called the bravest generation for the pure heroics it took to jump over the side and charge the beach while facing outrageous odds, even setting foot on the beach, let alone taking it, but that is what they did.
As Biden was entering the event area, he and French President Macron shared a few moments; only the microphone was on, and Biden could be heard telling Macron:
“My advance team said I got to be the first to leave because I hold people up.”

You better believe that one moment will be tossed into ads by the weekend and blown up all over the internet to show that even Biden is now admitting privately that he has lost a step. There is no way for the White House to try to spin this without acknowledging that Biden is facing problems as he ages.
The timing of this could not be worse for Joe Biden, as the White House is fending off attacks after a Wall Street Journal piece was published documenting how, behind the scenes, people are questioning if Joe Biden still has it. Democrats went nuts over the piece, with former Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) leading the charge, stating:
“Many of us spent time with @WSJ to share on the record our first-hand experiences with @POTUS, where we see his wisdom, experience, strength and strategic thinking.
“Instead, the Journal ignored testimony by Democrats, focused on attacks by Republicans and printed a hit piece.”
As the fallout from that piece progressed, reports surfaced that the White House had been blowing up the phone lines behind the scenes, encouraging Democrats to pick up the phone if the Wall Street Journal reached out to them for a comment on the piece. However, it would appear that not many Democrats wanted to go on the record regarding Joe Biden’s mental acuity.
This was confirmed by Rep. Gregory Meeks (D-N.Y.), who told the Journal:
"They just, you know, said that I should give you a call back.”
This is not good for Biden, and as we noted above, the timing of all this could not be worse. That Wall Street Journal piece stirred things up. Then you have all the disastrous photos and videos of Biden struggling during the event, not taking cues, and being rushed off the stage by Jill Biden while President Macron stayed behind to meet with the veterans who attended the function. As I noted, this is campaign gold for Donald Trump, and I fully expect him to take advantage of it, as he should.
