Biden being held responsible for ‘funding’ attack on Israel

 October 8, 2023

Biden's foreign policies are under scrutiny as he is accused of indirectly funding an attack on Israel.

Canadian journalist Daniel Boardman highlighted that after Biden permitted the release of funds to Iran, Hamas, which is openly funded by Iran, initiated a significant attack on Israel. He emphasized the importance of foreign policy decisions and their potential repercussions.

Bryan E. Leib, executive director of CASEPAC, expressed his concerns by stating that the current situation in Israel is a direct outcome of Biden's actions that empowered Iran. He further added that Hamas's operations are possible due to financial support from Tehran.

Mark Levin, a right-wing broadcaster, criticized Biden for appeasing Palestinian terrorists. He pointed out that the $6 billion transferred to Iran, a state known for supporting terrorism, played a role in the recent attacks on Israel.

US-Iran financial transactions under scrutiny

Jake Wallis Simons, editor of the Jewish Chronicle, mentioned that Hamas receives funding and equipment from Tehran. He also noted that the US has been appeasing Iran recently, allowing billions of dollars to flow into the regime.

Ron DeSantis, the Republican Florida governor and presidential candidate, expressed his concerns by stating that Israel is currently under attack by Iranian-backed Hamas terrorists.

He emphasized that Biden's lenient policies towards Iran have significantly contributed to their financial strength, Breitbart reported.

The sequence of events is straightforward. Iran took five Americans hostage. To mark the anniversary of September 11, 2023, Biden decided to pay a ransom of $6 billion to Iran. This payment was made by releasing $6 billion in assets previously seized from Iran. With this newfound wealth, Iran, which funds Hamas, enabled the group to launch a massive attack on Israel.

Impact of the attack on Israel

The militant rulers of Gaza, Hamas, executed a multi-front attack on Israel. This involved firing thousands of rockets and infiltrating the border at multiple points, catching Israel off-guard during a significant holiday.

Israel's Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, declared the nation "at war" and called for a large-scale mobilization of army reserves. This attack brought back memories of the 1973 war, occurring almost 50 years to the date.

Disturbingly, social media platforms are flooded with videos allegedly showing Hamas terrorists committing heinous acts against Israeli civilians. The scale and intensity of this conflict might surpass that of 1973.

Media's role in the narrative

The mainstream media, as observed in the past, tends to blame Israel whenever it faces an attack. They also seem to protect Democratic leaders, including Biden, by framing criticisms as mere political tactics by Republicans.

There's a possibility that the media might shift the blame to former President Donald Trump. It's worth noting that during Trump's tenure, peace initiatives were gaining momentum in the Middle East.

As the situation unfolds, it's essential to stay informed and critically analyze the information presented. It's a reminder of the profound impact that foreign policy decisions can have on global peace and stability.

  • Biden's foreign policies, especially concerning Iran, are under intense scrutiny.
  • Accusations suggest that Biden's decision to release funds to Iran indirectly funded Hamas's attack on Israel.
  • The recent attack by Hamas on Israel is unprecedented in its scale and intensity.
  • Media narratives play a crucial role in shaping public opinion during such crises.
