A Wisconsin choir teacher faces child-sex charges after police said a warrant search uncovered videos and images that appeared to show current students.
Paul Sadergaski, 28, was charged with grooming a child for sexual activity from a position of trust and possessing child pornography, Gray News reported.
The Bangor Police Department said investigators found multiple videos and images during a search connected to the case. Police said the images appeared to depict students, including many current middle school students.
The charges concern alleged conduct between June 15 and Aug. 22, though the year was not disclosed. Court records place the case in Bangor, Wisconsin.
The criminal complaint describes contact that allegedly began during the final month or so of the school year. A girl told police that Sadergaski asked for her phone number during that period.
The girl, identified in court records as “victim 1,” said she exchanged messages with Sadergaski after giving him her number. She told police those messages did not concern school matters.
Before that exchange, the girl and a friend reportedly began playing pickleball with Sadergaski and his wife. The complaint does not state a motive for the alleged conduct.
Court records attribute the contact and message account to the girl. The two listed charges remain allegations presented through the criminal process.
