According to Breitbart, in a move to preserve federal funds for American citizens, President Trump signed the executive order "Preserving Federal Benefits for American Citizens" on Wednesday.
The directive specifically mandates that federal agencies overhaul their regulations and closely monitor spending to halt benefits to illegal migrants, a demographic estimated to number at least 13.7 million in the U.S.
