Legal documents catch up to Christian "King" Combs amid his father's ongoing imprisonment and mounting family controversies.

According to The Mirror US, Grace O'Marcaigh, a former yacht stewardess, has successfully served Christian Combs with legal papers at his imprisoned father, P. Diddy's Miami mansion, alleging sexual assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The lawsuit stems from incidents that allegedly occurred in July 2022 aboard the yacht Victorious, which P. Diddy had chartered for what was supposed to be a family excursion. O'Marcaigh claims the environment quickly deteriorated into what she describes as a hedonistic atmosphere, complete with suspected sex workers and illegal drug use.

Alleged Assault Details Surface

O'Marcaigh's lawsuit presents disturbing allegations about Christian Combs' behavior during her employment on the yacht. The former stewardess claims Combs forcefully grabbed her arm and prevented her from leaving her position beside him despite her repeated requests to return to her duties in the kitchen.

According to the court documents, O'Marcaigh suspected her drinks were tampered with during the encounter. The situation allegedly escalated when Combs cornered her in a room and became physically aggressive.

Grace O'Marcaigh describes the traumatic aftermath of the alleged incident in her lawsuit:

In addition to losing her employment, [Grace] also lost her longtime partner, with whom she had planned a future. [Grace's] partner was never the same after seeing [Grace's] bruises on her body because of [Christian's] sexual assault and having to deal with the mental and emotional ramifications, so they separated.

Professional and Personal Aftermath

The alleged assault has had far-reaching consequences for O'Marcaigh's career and personal life. She had worked in the yachting industry since 2018 and planned to make it her lifelong profession before the incident occurred.

O'Marcaigh's legal team detailed the extensive impact on their client's well-being:

[Grace's] mental health deteriorated to the point that she was medicated and required intensive therapy. Additionally, she fell into a deep depression and was unable to fully carry out her maid of honor duties at the wedding of her only sister in June 2023, which she had been looking forward to doing for over eighteen months.

The yacht's captain's response to O'Marcaigh's report of the incident has also come under scrutiny. According to the lawsuit, he dismissed her concerns and insisted she continue serving Christian Combs, offering no alternative arrangements to ensure her safety and comfort.

This legal action against Christian Combs comes at a particularly challenging time for the Combs family. His father, Sean "P. Diddy" Combs, remains incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, facing his own serious legal challenges, including sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

Christian's Legal Team Responds

Christian Combs' representatives have dismissed O'Marcaigh's allegations as baseless. The Los Angeles Times has reported that his team characterized the lawsuit as containing manufactured lies and irrelevant facts.

Currently, Christian Combs faces multiple charges, including assault, battery, sexual assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

As legal proceedings continue, O'Marcaigh seeks justice for the alleged assault that she claims fundamentally altered both her professional trajectory and personal relationships. Meanwhile, the Combs family confronts mounting legal challenges, with both father and son now entangled in separate but serious legal battles.
