Is Dems Violent Anti-Trump Rhetoric Responsible for Assassination Attempts

 September 18, 2024

Ever since the second assassination attempt of Donald Trump, Democrats and the media are trying to deflect away from their rhetoric to place the blame on Trump.

Now, as I have said before, I don’t give Trump a free pass in terms of rhetoric that is getting people whipped up, but I am asking that the mainstream media cover this fairly. And since they won’t, I am going to outline the rhetoric by Dems that I believe contributed to these assassination attempts against Donald Trump.

Talking Points…
- Dem rhetoric
- It continues after the assassination

Democrat Rhetoric Against Donald Trump

Donald Trump has obviously done his share of talking since entering the political arena, but let’s not pretend that Democrats were not poking the bear here. Even so, the media and Democrats are hoping to put all the blame for the Trump assassination attempts on Trump while not calling out the violent rhetoric that has come from the mouths of Democrats, and this was all long before January 6 took place.

Here is a video of five minutes of rhetoric that came directly from the mouths of Democrats going back to when he was first running for office and continued on through these assassination attempts…

There is also a video of Rep. Dan Goldman (D-N.Y.), who also served as lead counsel for Democrats during the impeachment hearings who pulled no punches on taking Trump out. Goldman stated:

“It is unquestionable at this point, that that man [Donald Trump] cannot seek public office again.

“He is not only unfit, he is destructive to our democracy, and he has to be eliminated.”

Now, if you are a loony tune on the left who is already suffering from TDS, and you hear those words from Dems talking about putting a bullet in Donald Trump, getting in his face, fighting back, and being eliminated, what do you think is going to happen at some point? The measuring stick for this was set by Democrats who insisted that Trump was giving orders to the lunatics on the far right on social media and during his interviews as well as social media, so we must use the same measuring stick for Democrats.

Rhetoric Continues After Assassination Attempt

We often look for softer words from politicians after such an incident, but that was not the case. House Minority Leader Jeffries (D-N.Y.) unloaded on Trump and MAGA less than two hours after the second attempt on Trump’s life, posting in X:

"Extreme MAGA Republicans are the party of a national abortion ban and Trump’s Project 2025.

"We must stop them."

On Monday, Hillary Clinton continued the attacks to get the Democrat base riled up, stating:

“…I believe Donald Trump has disqualified himself over and over and over again to be a presidential candidate, let alone a president.

“I do think more and more Americans are rejecting the kind of chaos that he represents. We can’t go back. That’s what the Harris campaign says all the time. We’re not going back. We’re not going back to, you know, what he failed to do to protect American lives during COVID. We’re not going back to the, you know, romance with dictators that puts innocent lives at risk and puts America’s security in danger. We can’t go back and give this very dangerous man another chance to do harm to our country and the world.”

Analysis

There are many more examples, with posts on X surfacing now showing hundreds of violent posts against Trump by high-profile Democrats. Again, I would be a hypocrite if I said that Trump is not pumping out his own rhetoric, but Democrats are not the ones being shot at by conservatives. And when you hear the encouragement of violence by Democrats, it cannot be denied that their words encouraged these attacks. Furthermore, hearing that rhetoric immediately after an attempt on his life is only going to embolden the next whacko to try and take out Trump. Sadly, that rhetoric even continued at the White House, which I will cover in my next report (click here to read that report).
