Donald Trump is already starting to make moves against Kamala Harris.
After agreeing to every Biden demand regarding debates, Trump is now flipping the script to get Harris to debate him.

When Biden was the candidate, Donald Trump wanted to get him on the debate stage because he knew he could expose Biden. Generally speaking, debates are scheduled much later in the election cycle, but Biden wanted this first debate early, and it was fortunate for the Democrat Party that he did that.
Had the first debate been set for September, there is no way the Democrat Party would have had enough time to replace Biden. As it turns out, Trump squashed Biden and set wheels in motion to have Biden removed as the candidate.
It appears the system will be rigged for Kamala Harris to swoop in as the nominee, likely taking Governor Shapiro from Pennsylvania as her running mate. Polling says that would be the wisest choice, but that would also depend on whether Shapiro would accept the vice president position and be attached to a Harris ticket.
Harris only has a little more than three months to convince the American people that she is qualified to be president, and Trump knows this. So, he is doing to Harris what Biden did to Trump in setting the rules for the next debate. Trump is now insisting that the debate be held by Fox News instead of ABC News, as Biden had agreed upon.
Harris needs this debate more than Trump, so he is using that leverage to change the rules that he agreed to with Biden, and who can blame him? On this, Trump stated:
"My debate with Crooked Joe Biden, the Worst President in the history of the United States, was slated to be broadcast on Fake News ABC, the home of George Slopadopolus, sometime in September.
"Now that Joe has, not surprisingly, has quit the race, I think the Debate, with whomever the Radical Left Democrats choose, should be held on FoxNews, rather than very biased ABC. Thank you!"
Trump also commented on the Biden presidency after Joe quit, stating:
"He has done everything possible to destroy our Country, from our Southern Border to Energy Dominance, National Security, International Standing, and so much more. He was annihilated in an Earth Shattering Debate, and now the Corrupt and Radical Democrats are throwing him overboard.
"He was not fit to serve from the very beginning, but the people around him lied to America about his Complete and Total Mental, Physical, and Cognitive Demise. Whoever the Left puts up now will just be more of the same. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!"
I really like this move by Trump to force Kamala's hand. She absolutely needs to debate Trump if she has any chance of moving the needle in this election. People already don't like her and don't trust her, as her approval rating throughout the presidency was usually lower than that of Biden. Furthermore, there is no way I would ever agree to a debate where Stephanopoulos was the moderator, as he has proven himself to be a Democrat operative.
Trump has all the momentum right now, but I would bet that Biden dropping out will energize the Democrat base and donors. Even so, Harris is still trailing Trump in most battleground states, so she needs to do something to make a splash, and beating Trump in a debate would create that splash. This is one that I will definitely look forward to because I think Trump will crush her with her long history of corruption. It will be fun to watch, for sure.
