Once again, it would appear that someone got the better of the CIA, at least for a time.
Sue Mi Terry, a former CIA analyst and the wife of Never Trump pundit Max Boot, had been indicted as a foreign agent for South Korea.

I am sure most of you are very familiar with Max Boot. Boot is a Russian-borne naturalized citizen who has written for The Christian Science Monitor, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Weekly Standard, the Los Angeles Times, and The New York Times.
Boot has also served as a Jeane J. Kirkpatrick Senior Fellow in National Security Studies at the Council on Foreign Relations as well as having served as a contributor on cable news. Boot went all-in on the never-Trump movement, regularly using CNN and the Washington Post to dissuade voters from pulling the handle for Trump. For instance, Boot once stated:
"During a recent trip to both Japan and South Korea, we found considerable anxiety in both countries about the prospect of another Trump term.
"The nervousness is particularly palpable in Korea, because Japan had more success in managing Trump."
As it turns out, Boot's wife, Sue Mi Terry, a former CIA analyst, was being bribed by the South Korean government for access to her government contacts. Her handlers were allegedly taking her on expensive shopping trips in exchange for her services. However, Terry never registered as a foreign agent for South Korea, which is a violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).
The New York Times reported:
"In Ms. Terry's case, prosecutors say she began operating as a foreign agent in 2013, five years after leaving the C.I.A. She was first contacted by an intelligence officer posing as a diplomat for the Korean mission to the United Nations in New York City, the indictment said, and in return for her work over the next decade, Ms. Terry received handbags, clothing and at least $37,000 in covert payments to the think tank where she was employed at the time.
"'Despite engaging in extensive activities for and at the direction of' the South Korean government, Ms. Terry did not register as a foreign agent with American officials, as required by law, prosecutors said. She faces two counts, one for failing to register under the federal Foreign Agents Registration Act, and the other for conspiring to violate it."
ABC News also reported:
"She also admitted to the FBI that she served as a source of information for South Korean intelligence, including by passing handwritten notes from an off-the-record June 2022 meeting that she participated in with Secretary of State Antony Blinken about U.S. government policy toward North Korea, the indictment says.
"Prosecutors say South Korean intelligence officers also covertly paid her more than $37,000 for a public policy program that Terry controlled that was focused on Korean affairs."
Lee Wolosky, Terry's lawyer, has called the allegations against his client "unfounded" and said they distort "the work of a scholar." He went on to say that once her case is presented, "it will be evident the government made a significant mistake."
This is far from the first person indicted during the Biden administration who has been caught working for a foreign government. In fact, Biden has had administration staffers in some very high positions whose loyalties have been called into question. Biden insists he has made the world a safer place since taking over for Trump, yet we have had two allies invaded and numerous spies arrested within our government. He has not only created world turmoil and brought us to the brink of WWIII, but he also put our national security at risk on numerous fronts. It is time to kick the Democrats out of power in DC.
